This project was completed over a two year period. We began inside the original home, remodeling the only bath in the home. We then moved to the living room and converted the dining room into a library. We then moved to the back yard, where we tore down a dilapidated garage and replaced it with a two story carriage house with a loft.
After the carriage house we moved back to the house and built a one story addition on the rear of the home. This gave the homeowners room to add a much needed 1st floor bathroom, a breakfast nook, and a larger living room.

ReplyDeleteThat looks awesome guys and the pic showing the rear of the house just caused me to make up my mind on something. Creek stone foyer instead of boring natural stone tiles. I'll call soon!
